My first visit with Dr. Brown was 6 months ago and I was a total train wreck. Had so much that had gradually been happening to my body and mind in the last year that I didn’t understand. The Dr. I was seeing just wasn’t concerned, even stopped a med I’d been taking for over 30 yrs. Much needed. My visit today was my 6 month and I was in a car accident back in April, a traumatic knee hematoma. Been back to that other Dr and ER. Been telling them something bad is going on in my knee. I’ve had infection in it, still hematoma and now it’s a hard mass. Water all this, Today Dr. Brown has referred me for MRI. It’s been months of round and round with this knee and Finally! I’m so grateful for her, her nurses, receptionist. I recommend her to everyone! Thank you Browns Family Practice!

Today I had a whole lot of questions which she took time to answer all of them. It was awesome visit today, usually I don't have any problems she was very friendly and helpful and kind. Really took care of all my needs.

To have a thorough visit, write down your questions and concerns before getting to the doctor. It is wise to keep a dairy of daily issues because things changes fast and days blur into one another. My visit was great. I made a rush list. I thought of more questions after the doctor left the room. Nurse Robin got her attention and she did not hesitate to come to answer my questions. That means everything, when your are shown your health really matters by your doctor. Blessings.

I had a minimum amount of wait time in the waiting room and examine room. The technician that drew my blood was excellent.

Can I give more than 5 stars? I wish I could go to Dr. Brown for everything!! Marsha at reception is amazing! Caring. Always pleasant and beyond. Tierra, who takes blood....always so painless. Nurse, Latrice, also gave me a painless shot...Oh yeah, and Dr. Brown, it's as if she can just look at me and know what's wrong! Always a pleasant experience
